Finally go around to getting a factory laminate stock for my savage/pacnor 45cal.I must say,she is very sexy,I love the dark color of the wood,almost a cherry color.Next step is to have it bedded and 3rd pillar added,but that'll happen sometime this summer after we find a house to buy..

 
Drove all the way over to the genesis firing range this morning,only to find out it was closed due to the turkey hunts.Talked to the warden over at the check station and he said the new one will be open some time this summer and that it'll have 3 benches and will have a pavilion built over them.

Very nice btw. I love those laminate stocks. I put one that color on my .22 rifle.

Tell me about it,its the most expensive gun I own,and its a dang muzzleloader..LOL But im almost finished with it,another $175 and she will be DONE!!
