Hey anyone got one of these little lever guns, they are on sale and they really have a good feel to them, anyone know how they shoot, last?

My father in law bought one for my daughter. I believe its a Golden Boy. Seems to be pretty slick.

They are nice but $$$.Where is this SALE.I would get the blued version. The golden boy tarnishes really easy, unless you like the antique, rustic look.

I have had one in 22lr for probably close to 10yrs never any problem very accurate and fun gun.
I didn't even know they been around for that long, they kinda look like the old Erma Werks Lever that was made in Germany for awhile.
The gunshop in Camden is where I found them. They have 2,one yellowboy and one standard, the standard one is going for $230.

I think Henry has been around for many many years..

1860 is when they started

I've been shooting the big boy for a few months. I love that gun.. nothing like a big bore gun in brass.

Yeah I believe they went bankrupt. and some other guy bought out the company. The cool thing is, it's still run from the orginal building.

Same company, same building, new hands. still made in USA
