I assumed with the positive test that Henry county would be added to the CWD zone but I don't see where it was added. Does that mean it is not and there are no restrictions for moving deer?

In that link is says "All other regulations (e.g., deer hunting unit, season dates, bag limits, etc.) remain the same unless changed by TWRA."

Also it's still listed as unit L here https://www.eregulations.com/tennessee/hunting/deer-regulations/

It looks like it's CWD impacted, but not in the CWD unit so it doesn't have the earn a buck, methods changes, etc.

So if I understand you can't feed, move deer outside of county, but none of the hunting changes.

^^^ Correct. Read this link about transport restrictions. In short, a deer cannot be moved outside of Henry county unless it is deboned, cleaned skull plate, clean teeth, etc. The reason for this is Henry county is the only known CWD positive county at this point in time, in that general area. Hunting regs for Henry are still Unit L at this point in time.

The restrictions on minerals and feeding, plus the transport restrictions are in place for Henry County. Since seasons were already in place for this year, Henry does not get the "benefit" of the changes to seasons, so must abide by statewide season definitions with regard to archery, muzzle loader, and rifle, and not the CWD zone regulations. I'd check with the Region I office about whether the bonus buck, replacement buck, and earn a buck rules or about the other incentive programs) are in place(I do not know for certain about that). Their number is 1-800-372-3928.
