Help with Priority Points

Did something happen with Priority Points? I was unsuccessful for two seasons now in the Chickamauga Blind Drawings, but it is showing I have zero priority points. Can anyone explain what is going on with this?

They've been put in the mid-season draw.

TWRA in all their wisdom deemed them unsuable except for the mid period.

That seems convoluted. Oh well. So if you apply for a draw in early season and don't get it, does that give you a priority for the mid season draw?

No it gives you a point for the early season draw next year

So they are gonna divide the priority points out into the 3 segments? Don't guess I realized that. It's so dumb people with accumulated points aren't allowed to use theirs in the early draw. Man I really hate this new system.
