help sighting in new bow

I just got a new bow Sunday from BPS in Memphis.
This is my first year bow hunting and I am having
trouble sighting in.

The guys at BPS set the bow up and windage is right on.
I cant get the elevation set. I am trying to get the 1st
1st pin set for 10 yards but it is bottomed out against
the lower pins.I have also moved the entire sight to its
lowest position on the rail.

I have to aim about 10 inches high with the top pin and it's
still hitting low. Any tips on what I am doing wrong?

you let bass pro set it up

they might have your nocking piont wrong or have you rest to high or to low if you dont know what your doing take it some were else

Make sure your nocking point is set right first , then paper tune to check the setup . Once that is done , re-sight the bow in .

Always when setting you sights on a bow chase your arrows with your pin. Hit low move them low. If you hit left or right move them left or right. Also nowadays you don't really need a 10 yd pin. It be better off to set one at 15 or 20 yds.

Jthuntsalot got me all fixed up. Seems the nocking point was
high and the peep was about 1 1/2 inches too low.Got it sighted
in to 40 yards. Thanks again for the help Jt! I learned a bunch.
