I'm just throwing the idea out there, its your $ after all.
Good luck with whatever you chose!

Should read, "Savage smokless, or NOTHING else?" ;)
I've had my ml2 since the year they came out. ONLY reason i still have my old Knight is for buddies to borrow and in case i might travel where smokeless isnt legal.
HL
Ps
Never understand why everyone thinks you MUST have a SS ml, especially with the smokeless! A black n blue is fine.

i get more than enough velocity to kill any thing in america with a 250 grain expander, 3/4 inch groups and cleans up in only a couple minutes using blackhorn, the smokless is no better in my eyes, but everyone on here seems to push the crap out of them.not nocking them i just enjoy the smoke pole the way it is. ill keep my smoke pole and keep filling tags, good luck to all and most important keep it safe and funutfan1 said:the knight is a great gun and made in tennessee. however they dont produce the 2024 muzzle velocity with a 300 gr bullet on 42 grain powder and moa accuracy with no smoke and no corrosion ...
