In the market for a new scope for my sons Remington model 7 in 7mm-08. I've got a DNZ Game Reaper low mount ordered. Looking for something in the 2-7x32 range or similar. I've been looking Nikon, Leupold, and Vortex. Any others I'm overlooking. Would like to stay under $200 but will spend more if needed.

I actually have a couple of every scope you listed in the cabinet right now except the Prostaff. If I had to rank them I would put the Burris FFII 1st by quit a bit, Revolution and Diamondback a tie in 2nd and the Prostaff some where far away from any of my rifles. I have owned the Prostaff and I would rather use a Wal-Mart Blister pack Tasco than even mount another one! I have 2 Diamondbacks. One has worked just fine so far BUT I got one bad one out of the box, Vortex tried to fix it twice then just considered it a lemon and replaced it with a new one that has worked fine. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them excluding the Nikon.
 
I been very pleased with my redfield revolution with accurange recticle. Plus, they currently have a $30 mail in rebate on them, making them a hard deal to pass IMO
 
I have a Weaver RV7 on JW`s CZ 22LR and it would make a great scope for a short range woods deer rifle,,being on a 22 for 5 years and has been shot a bunch on an air rifle also,,the adjustments have been screwed up and down in and out more times than you would ever adjust a deer rifle in two lifetimes and it still tracks from 50 yards to 200 yards and back dead on every time,,I have a Leupold RS 2-7 on my Brno Model 2 and the Weaver is every bit as clear and bright,,
