Help me out on some 7mmRM loads.

I got 200 pieces of brass and some 139gr Hornady BTSP and 150gr Sierra GK. All the brass is weighed, sorted, prepped, and neck turned. Primers are Fed 215. I've been using 66 of RL-22 but that load shot well in my rifle but a little stiff bolt lift. Now these are for my Dad. Seeing as I will not have time for load development in his rifle...I need some good load info from yall if you don't mind.

the 150 SGK and as much IMR 4831 you can safely use,,
