On the west, climb up to the property line, it isn't far. I cannot tell what the buildings are but I'd head for the NW corner and watch to ccatch something coming to the pasture. On the east, look for something the deer are using or could use to get from your property to the fields on the east.
Cookville winds are predominantly from the SouthWest and Northwest, correct? You are going to have to enter the property from the southeast most corner for a lot of the year. Elevation is not much, less than 1500 feet right?
When you can hunt the norther border, you are going to need a north wind, I would approach from the east side. I did not see any indications of a bench in the topo. Might want to look very hard for one close by one of the low spots between the hills.
