The pros will chime in, I believe you can just swap out the upper and you'll be all set.

Swap upper, will take different mags for the 350 legend. But nothing needs changed with your lower.
As mentioned above the easy way is just buy a complete upper in 350 legend and swap them out then buy the correct mags.
The hard way is to swap out the barrel on the upper you already have. It's really not a hard job, but you will need some special tools and a bench vise. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.

If changing the barrel, you may have to change gas tubes, depending on whether or not existing is the same length as the new. It's not difficult to change them.
