Helix 5 tracks

Does anybody know how to turn off the tracks on a helix 5 so they never appear?

I know it is in the settings but can't remember where. On my helix 9 GN4 it is in the same screen as where you toggle between map sources.

Try this....
Stop Tracking
Use the instructions in this section to turn off tracking. If you turn off tracking, the unit will not save trackpoints.
1. Main Menu: Press the MENU key twice. Select the Nav tab.
2. Select Current Track. Press the RIGHT Cursor key.
3. Select Stop Tracking. Press the RIGHT Cursor key.
To start tracking, select the Nav tab > Current Track > Start Tracking.
