Get the highest Milli-amp Hour battery one you can find, and make sure the one you pick has a heated collar. I have one but can't compare it to others because it is the first one I have ever had. I like it!

Do you have the 12 v Milwaukee tools? If so get the Milwaukee jacket or vest.
If not the Ororowear line is nice.

I also have heated socks. I wore my wicking socks then the heated socks in non insulated rubber boots. Then if I got cold I would throw boot blankets on.
