Had this 9 pt cruise thru around 6 45 this morning right by my stand . Shot him at 45 yds he ran about 40 and fell over . Ten minutes later a smaller buck came down the same trail .I think he got a little freaked out about his dead buddy !
This afternoon I went to my parents for my daughters b-day party. We left about 5 45 and about 4 miles down the road saw a buck and doe standing 50 yds off the road that made this one look like bambi . I stoppeed in the road for ten min and watched with binos and he got real nervous but wouldn't leave the doe . He was a 4 1/2 year old between 140 - 150 .
