I went back and looked and found a picture of the deer I killed Wednesday. I am so mad I didn't have him weighed

No ag crops anywhere close. A few years ago I got serious in my spring plots. I put more effort in the spring than fall, thinking if I feed them healthy year around it will make a difference. I don't know if that's it, but overall I have bigger healthier deer in that time. I'd like to think that's it, but I honestly don't know. He was a toad

Do you process your own deer? If not in the future you might could get them weighed at the processor. If you do then you must have a way to hang them at home. If so do like I mentioned in your original post and buy you a set of cotton scales. I think Cabelas or BP sells them.

I process about 1/2. The processor I took him to didn't have a scale. I already ordered one for here at the house
