Parking lot isnt much better. Vultures hanging around out there dont put any more value in your stuff than the dealers inside. I "once again" will be bringing a couple guns to sell or trade and more than likely "once again" will come home demoralized thinking my stuff is junk. I understand that a dealer is in business to make money, but as far as I am concerned the parking lot guys are on the same level as me.

Wouldn't it be state into federal....if that's the case you could have outstanding warrants/crimes in one state but then purchase in your state? Maybe I am wrong. Assumed it's controlled by Federal in the end.

PS. I also saw this on Fox the other night that there would be no background checks available for gun permits.????

Bobthebowhunter, you were right, after spending two hours in show finally made a fair (for the both of us) trade in the parking lot on the way out. Did buy some reloading supplies inside, and found a cool sling for my M96 Swedish Mauser so did not mind spending the money to get in.

Went today.

We didn't care too much about this one last one was much better overall IMO,however there were a few deals around.

Got a box of the new CCI AR Tactical Ammo,as if I needed it and a Lyman Cast Bullet Manual. Haven't either locally yet.

Saw- a Savage Pump 30/30 that I hadn't seen before didn't know they made one to recentaly. An '03 Springfield that I went back to check over better,Gone guy was asking 400$.

All in all a Good afternoon with my ol Uncle and got to talk with some old friends.

Ok I think you all might get a LOL out of this.. with the above in mind...

Went back Sunday after church Why I don't really know.... Did pick up some Bible Tracks to pass along .... spoke with my friends again and ran into a former deacon an member of my church that I hadn't seen in a good while..

I've always had somewhat of an itch for a few old surplus rifles mostly US an Masuers.This itch hasn't been to bad but is there esp when I see what I think is a good'en to fix it with at any given time,nor has it been fixed over the years by buying one usally just fondling one will fix it.

Saw a nice looking 99 Jap. Arisaka on Sat. And went back by the table on Sun and it was still there. Now most of the ones I've seen are real beaters but this one was darn nice not mint but darn nice and the $ wasn't to bad either,in fact it was way better than than a few beaters that were around at the show.

Now lucky for me my icth for it wan't that bad but I did decide to see about getting it WHY I have no ideal such is it is for a gun nut.

Anyway made a offer,guy made counter offer which was just a bit more than I really wanted to go on it. I thanked the guy and walked out to the truck still pondering this deal...which wasn't too bad...What the Heck,went back in to get it hadn't been gone more than 5 min... Gone... Oh well hope who ever did get it enjoys it.
