Deer hunted for the first time this year (in MS) , and this walks out.. Enjoyed just watching him :)

Guess he just wants a variety in his diet.. The woods are slap full of acorns this year.

Some really nice deer on this place, and while there aren't any "rules" for taking deer, they do like for the deer to be 3+yrs, preferably 4yrs+ older.

If you were hunting as a guest, for SURE you are held to higher standards than the members (IF you ever want to get invited back).

I've only killed 3 bucks as a guest on many high dollar clubs since I moved to MS... a 184", a 182", and an 8yo 10pt that wasn't high scoring, but needed to be shot. I've passed up multiple 130 to high 140 class deer as a guest, that I told other members about and they promptly went there and killed them the next day.

But I keep getting invites back to most of those places, and just getting to hunt/ experience those places is the best part.

Thinking he's good up and coming 3.5 year old . On that place where more bucks are he would be a hoss next year if he could be on the not to shoot list .
