Have returned from seven days (almost a week) of cloudless skies, highs in the 80's and mediocre fishing with did not bother me a bit...I read four books and did some serious kicking back and green tea drinking.

With a doe and an extremely fat 5-pt down, I am not burning to hit the woods and by the looks of the weather forecast, I should have stayed where I was.

Drove all the way from Gulf Shores, get two miles from the house and the wife almost broadsides a doe and fawn. "I thought you were going to kill some of these dang deer." said she.

Go figger.

Not a bad way to start the day. My son at sunrise.

Nothing like the coast of any southern area to relax you... Grand Cayman my favorite. But love my cold or cool deer hunting weather...

That's sounds like a great time and that's a wonderful picture! Any bites? I lived at the outer BAnks, N.C. for a few years and enjoyed many sunrises just like that!
