Wow, I think I'll have to get one of those. It was always a little dicey taking the blade off with pliers.
Never had to do it in the field, and always had a backup knife anyway.
 
I actually tried mine out last night.
Getting the old blade out is super easy, once inserted, just press it down and pull.
Getting a new one in requires a littler more effort. You have to align the long tab on the knife to the slot in the blade by looking inside the orange plastic holder. But it works just fine. Threw one in my daypack, just in case.
