Food Plots Harvest Throw & Gro? Thoughts?

I picked up a few bags of the Harvest Throw & Gro. Anything special I need to do? It's an existing food plot that been cut down (maybe 3 years old). Not good access accept on foot. Thought I'd give this stuff a try. I thought I'd solicit some expert advice.

I tried that stuff a long time ago in a little foodplot far from access and had a lot of success with it. The only thing I remember about it was having a picture of 11 deer in about a 15x15 yard opening. Shot a doe during muzzleloader there
