There are pics of a 204 6/8 inch whitetail recently killed on public land. it has 27 scoreable points in the photo. How can it be determined which public area it was harvested from?
Without having the hunter's personal information, I don't think it can be determined. And, I can't really think of any reason why it should be unless that hunter wants to go public about it.
