my venison burger steaks are not turning out so well.anybody got any good pointers or recipes,thanks guys

I add 15-20% Hickory smoked bacon in mine. I promise you will have to chase people out of the freezer trying to steal your burger meat. You can add more because in the bacon you have meat so it's not all fat. With my mix it is a tad dry but I have NEVER had a complaint.

Pat them out kinda thin, batter and fry'em up, then make you some gravy out of your trimmings and have your biscuits ready.
