yea I have 2 gallon ziplocks full of jerky right now and still have some meat left in the marinade, and that's just from one deer hind quarters, I plan to kill a few more for jerky. I bought the slicer off a coworker

I kill does for meat and reserve my bucks for the big guys. There have been years where the best buck I saw was a fork horn. It was a particularly bad year to be a 4 point on the lease. He tasted great!
