This past wknd had a gw come by with orange we both seen each other, he walked just out of sight took his orange off & hide in a tree line for 2hrs until i came down. The 1st move i made 2 come down he jumps up comes 2 to me checkin lic & askin abunch of quest, would this be considered hunter harrassment?

Not hunter harassment at all. It is an officer doing his/her job.
