Gunsmiths that will thread a barrel?

I have a rifle that I would like to have threaded and would rather drop it off with a TN gunsmith than ship it somewhere. It is a tikka, so that may limit some gunsmiths from fooling with it. Any recommendations?

There's a guy from Memphis named KG Coker that used to do this but am not sure if he still does or not.

I am not sure I would take it to any other smith I have been around in Memphis.

I've used this guy a couple of times. ( http://www.tscustom.com/) His turnaround is super fast and he knows his stuff. Downside is you have to ship to him.

I think Franklin County Gun Works will thread barrrls, I talked to him about threading one for me a while back for a muzzle break, but I ended up selling the barrel. He's located in Winchester.
