Gunsmith recommendations

[Long walker]

I have a Howa HB .308 that I'm considering having the barrel cut down from 20" to 18" and threaded depending on the cost. I've made a few calls but not a lot of folks in Mid TN have that capability. Any recommendations on a good gunsmith in the Mid TN area?

Jeff at guns and leather but you are probably at least 6 months out which you will probably find with most reputable gunsmiths

Are used to place online and oh how am I a turnaround was 2-3 weeks

Consider Lock, Stock & Barrel in Franklin. Owner Tom Marker is a retired Tool & Die maker. 615-591-1721, 105 Southeast parkway, Franklin. I've used him for other work and been satisfied. He is also a big supporter of FNRA.

I know Ray Judge used to be the man around here.... maybe try franklin county gunworks.
