So I wipe my guns down regular check the humidity levels everything seems good but I have some guns that have brown come off on rags no signs of any kind of rusting on guns

I've noticed that on some of mine as well. Great question.

(I've always heard that bluing is a form of rust, but that's only a guess at what it could be.)
 
Bluing is rust. Rubbing it can remove it. Think of what a holster does to a blued revolver. Insert the revolver in and out of the holster enough times and you will see worn spots on the revolver where it rubs against the holster.
