just tell Frank, Walter[owner] or Jim what is wrong or what you want done in as few words as possible, never tell Frank or Walter how to fix the problem

I have been doing business with them since about 1981, they are the best in the world

If Walter is behind the counter[usually sitting down], the first thing that he will probably say is "can I help you Friend"

Frank can do anything that you want, the only bad thing is that Walter is always sitting between you and Frank, Franks phone number at the shop is 1-731-784-5746, keep the conversation in a row boat do not build an ocean going liner
 
I am glad that somebody likes Walter and Frank. I will keep taking my guns to Shelby, Mississippi. I prefer to deal with professionals. The two stooges in Humboldt may be good at what they do but the way they act I can't imagine anybody giving them any business.
