I love that sound, especially when it is MY gun breaking the silence.

I hate elitist bowhunters' drivel when they want everyone to do it their way, or else they are wrong. Dang it! You had a season just for you up until yesterday, and now you are whining?!? Sheesh!
 
Hmm...don't believe I said everyone should do it my way lol. I just hate sitting in my stand soaking up some nature then all of a sudden it sounds like WW3. Just an observation from a whiney elitist bowhunter.

Im a bowhunter but also a firearm hunter. I enjoy the sound of guns going off opening day. It keeps me pumped up cause the deer are moving!
 
Always option to stay home. Another topic I love. Yeah I only bow hunt cause I'm keeping it real or a gun is cheating but $1600 worth of advanced engineering isn't. Well unless you are waxing the string of a longbow or recurve there aint a dang thing to support your whiny hind end. We all share the woods as hunters so if you don't like the sound of powder igniting wear ear plugs.
