I will sit this one out since i know the score. I will say my first thoughts when i seen it was about 10" off but my second thoughts were right on the money after i studied it better. Awesome, awesome deer

172. that's a beast congratulations. Was this a Kentucky buck or was it killed on the Tennessee early archery.

Just rough guesstimates based on eyes being 1" diameter & ears being roughly 16" tip to tip. Circumference gets a little thinner as you go out so I made it an average 3.5". Now put some tape to him & let us know!!! Congrats on an awesome buck

I came up gross 181", but I'm not very good at these games.

I forgot to add that I got 80" for right side & 83" for left side. I wish it wouldn't have gotten crammed up together like that.
I'm not very good at it either but i admittedly don't write it down and try to account for each inch. I look at it and guess it based on what i think.

I have to scribble numbers down or I will inevitably miss a measurement. If I just looked at it and made a guess I would have said it was in the high 160's.

I'm in agreement with others.....I'm getting in the 170's easy..... beutiful buck.
Hahaha I don't mind t a bit. I love antlers and doing a score guesstimate gives me a quick distraction from my otherwise stressfully mundane day. I figure if I'm gonna guess, I should guess pretty close.
