Guess I am going tomorrow

Friend of mine from work invited me to a dove shoot tomorrow.
He said, of course there is no guarentee but..., they have a cut silage field that is about a week old.

Gonna drag out the shotgun my dad gave me of his shortly before he died.
28" ventilated rib Remington 1100 in 20 gauge.

Still feels funny taking it out of the guncase. I still look over my shoulder when I do. :D

Sure does feel good to hold it though.

i got doves flying every where here, but i dont care about shooting em. i am gonna try to go squirrel hunting. this broken toe may have other ideas

LOL I thought about you when I posted my squirrel pic today.
I sure miss having enough woods to hunt to actually go after a limit.

I do love me some dove shooting though.

you definitely need a big enough to to move around and find "fresh" squirrels.
