I got a groundhog in the backyard. I really didn't have a problem with him until he went up in the engine compartment of my truck. I'm afraid he'll chew on stuff.

I saw where it's open season all year long with no limit. Am I right that it would be illegal to relocate him over by the lake somewhere? If so I guess the only other option is to kill him. Which by the way my wife doesn't want me to do.....

I have a have-a-heart trap that I can catch him with.
