Ground Rabbit?

From the looks of it I will have a great opportunity to kill many, many rabbits this coming season. Have any of y'all ever ground rabbit? Just wondering if that might be my beat use of the meat.

I would bet like any other meat but pick a oil you like the flavor of because there's no fat for sure if frying. Eat a lot of it and you will lose weight, have read over the years you can starve to death trying to live off of them lol.

Or roasted over an open flame at camp are the only ways to eat a rabbit for me

I've never ground rabbit but the wife cooks it on the traeger. She pulls it and makes tacos, Buffalo dip, and BBQ with them. All are quite tasty.
