Grim Reaper broadheads

Anybody ever shoot theses. I bought some 100 grain 1 3/8" cut and killed two deer with them and they did a good job. I have used QAD Exodus head the past 4 seasons and Muzzy before that, so im at heart a fixed blade man. just gonna see what yall thought.

this topic came up yesterday at shelby forest archery and a group of guys in there swore by them. The said you can watch em drop with these broadheads, I may have try them myself.

The two I shot I did see fall. Shot Placement. The heads are extremely sharp and I beleive the sharper the better. They bleed alot more with a super sharp blade than with a duller blade.

Grim Reaper has a new 4 blade head coming out. My bow is just a hair too slow to deploy it properly . They reccomend These and the 2 inch whitetail special for fast bows

They are awesome. Also after you shoot a deer you just fold the blades back in place and you're ready to go again ..... No bands like with the rage broad heads.

I used them years ago, and found they were too weak. The ferrule bent once and broke once on larger deer. Still recovered both deer with short blood trails, but I like to keep using broadheads as long as I can (I put new blades in ). I now use the T3 Teken, and really like them.

I've been using them for several years now and will continue to do so. I used Spitfires prior to that and I really liked them as well. One of the reasons I switched was that the Reapers seemed to cut and enter the deer on sharper angled hits where the Spitfires may have kind of glanced off.

I'm going to try the grim reaper hybrids this year. You get the best of both worlds. My roommate destroyed everything he hit with them this past year.

I use them and really like the way they fly.

used them for a couple of years. Killed a good number of deer . I always checked them before each hunt and one time had one of the blades stick on me and was hard to open . this was an unshot blade. Something might have got in the blade when lowering the bow. don't know but it caused me to have doubts about them opening at the moment of Truth so switched to Muzzy and never looked back.
