Back cause I have things to do. They are called Chilean Bass because they are actually a type of carp and hard to sell if you call them carp. You'll find a lot of fish have invented names to make to easier to put in the Menu.

Enjoyed the visit to PA. Hated the airports but the wheel chairs made it a lot easier.

It is actually a type of Cod I think.

Could be a codpiece for all I know. A chef told me they were a type of carp. Far as I know, a cod may be, too.
