It was great to get a call this week from one of my food plot customers, who wanted me to go out and bushhog for him.

This was great as I wanted to check and see how the plots turned out. I wish we had put up exclusion cages, because every plant showed signs of browse and there was tons of tracks. I was pleased to to say the least.

very nice. i really need to lime and fertilize mine more

I was pleasantly surprised at how they looked. It was late October when we planted and dry as a powder house. The owner didn't want to fertilize it as it was kind of a toss up whether it would make it.
Soil must have been better than I thought.

I finally go to spend a few hours on my new Deere this evening bush hogging.... kinda lowers the blood pressure, and going from a 8' cutter to a 15' was nice
