First year beekeeping and the rains were brutal. I did manage almost 9 quarts from one hive and my other hive is a tad weaker and I didn't pull any from it. Finishing rendering down wax now.

First year for me too.
What I thought was gonna be a great harvest was a little disappointing.
9 pints.
20,000 inches of rain did not help one bit.
But……
Mine and my neighbors gardens benefited the most.

I've kept bees for about 20 years. This year was my worst honey production year ever. Half of my hives I didn't get any honey from. I'm blaming it on the rain in May
 
I'm hoping I can find some local honey at our local farmer's market this Friday. Previous posts are making this look iffy.
 
kinda opposite for me so far,been really good year for honey despite all the rain, hoping for around 500#,extracted about sixty pounds today really light honey
