Yup. That's a heck of a deer. I've said for years i would not hunt velvet because of all the work. You making me think twice! Love that velvet look.

Thank you sir. Luckily it was 59 degrees to start that day a year ago opening velvet. I believe I killed the first hour of the day. I had only saw the deer 1 time prior to that day. Just got blessed that morning. I didn't go this year but if the weather is cool enough considering it's in August I'll be out there.
