Got my FastFire III sighted in

hahahah no joke! i refuse to sight one in these days without a lead sled. the 3" hurt bad enough but man the 3.5 are just plain crazy!

Yep I shot 4 of the 3.5's off a plain rest. There bad medicine though

I feel ya. Sighted my FFIII in with 3 Magblends several weeks ago. Had a headache for a week!

At least when initially sighting in any long gun, I've for years used a closed-foam cushion between my shoulder and the butt stock --- it works wonders and prevents those pains.

More recently, I've been using a lead-sled type rest, which if weights are added, reduces any felt recoil to near zero, even with a turkey load.
