I have been looking for a new carry pistol since my Kahr P45 was just too long in the handle to carry without it being obvious I have a pistol on my hip. I can actually carry my Sig 1911 better than the Kahr P45. Well, I was torn over which new pistol to get. I wanted a Kahr PM9, or XD subcompact. Then I came across an HK P2000 SK version 3 with the newer 2.5 inch barrel that is not listed on the website. WOW! The pistol was made for my size hands and it is more user friendly to lefties with an ambi slide release and mag release. The balance of the pistol is just perfect for my grip. I ended up getting the 40 cal instead of the 9mm. I hope I can find some ammo. The XD subcompact was very top heavy for me and that is what made me hold off from buying one. I never did run across a Kahr PM9 so I may still get that one for pocket carry later on.
