Suppose to a real good dog, took him out today, not impressed, the guy told me when I bought him to bring it back if I didn't like it,I might try him one more time just to see if he had a off day,I hate having to take back something to a person, makes me feel like a whiner.

Hate to hear it but dont feel like a whiner feel like your doing a smart thing!! For starters i think your doing right thing by taking it out again might just need to get use to its new home/owner and get it comfortable. But at the end of the day if a dog doesnt suit you you shouldnt buy it. Hopefully he ll work out for you but dont settle for something that doesnt meet your requirements JMO. Good luck!

Like Mud Creek said there is no shame in taking it back if you are not satisfied. Your the one working with the dog, if it is not up to your standards take it back. I to would encourage you to take it out maybe a couple more times. A lot of dogs take time to adjust to a new handler especially if you were running it with other dogs. Good luck

I'll take him out a couple more times and see,he wouldn't hunt with my dogs for one thing and the other thing he just didn't seem to stay with a rabbit when it was jumped and thats what he's suppose to be ,is a good track dog.thanks for the advise.
