Got a metal detector

So I treated myself to a Minelab Equinox 800. Only been out a couple of times, trying to learn the machine. Dig a lot of trash, but also found 2 treasures with a back story.
I live in the neighborhood that I grew up in since age 5. But my house on the same site where my grandparents house sat.
One of my cousins that also grew up in the neighborhood was murder in 1985 just before his 19th birthday. Chris had enlisted in the Navy and was scheduled to leave in a couple of weeks.
As I was digging signals in the corner of my yard, looking for a survey pin, I dug a toy car and didn't think much of it at time. The I dug another signal, and what I found got the wheels turning in my head. I cleaned the toy car and the manufacture date was 1969.
I gave the 2 finds to Chris's sister who was very emotional and appreciative. I hope I can find the other half of the bicycle tag.

Equinox is a GREAT unit. It basically has redefined the standard that all other detectors are measured by. If you watch YouTube video comparison videos on detectors, nearly every one will have a Nox in it for that reason.

I have a Garrett AT Max. Haven't even had time to go out searching with it yet. Where do y'all like to go look? TN has some fairly strict regulations and laws on detecting.
