really surprising, the weather has been perfect. no fungus or pests so far. not one nare horn worm.

Horn worms are wearing my tomatoes out! Picked one yesterday. Picked 7 today. That's more in 2 days than I've picked since I've been growing tomatoes! Don't know why they are so bad here this year.
 
You mean like this cursed critter? 3rd in 3 days I've plucked. Creepy lil worms.
Chickens love to peck and pull them apart and eat them. Its fun to watch and very satisfying if you have chickens...if not, they make a large wet spot when you stomp them...which is also satisfying. :)

Better yet, put them in zip lock bag, close, lay in sun
 
Just found my first worm of the year. He didn't cause much damage so glad I caught it early but I'm sure more will follow. Don't mess with my romas🤬🤬🤬
