It makes sense. Let's see if the numbers go up in the areas they are doing moist soils as a food source. Also, I would think there are a lot of WMAs not put in the rotation of Waterfowl WMAs for whatever reason (I suspect because of crop management). If they dont want the expense of crop management, why not make those areas moist soil and give the hunters more places to waterfowl hunt? Provided those are close to water sources that would enable flooding. Just an idea I pitched in my survey 2 years ago.

very good informative video for many reasons...changing climate, duck behavior, as well as a balance between hunting and what is best for the resource.
