Good Sammich

[Mud Creek]

Stopped at the local 4 corners market and picked up some provolone and salami, sliced up a roma tomato from the garden, some pickled pepperoncini rings also from the garden, sliced red onions, lettuce, Sprinkle of sea salt,couple twists of fresh black pepper, and topped it with some Dukes Mayo and mustard. Made for a fine meal! Simple but delicious.

X2. I'm not a big fan of raw onion. It has to be sliced paper thin and very sparsely for me to stand it. Now, if those red onions were pickled along with the peppers…
