I didn't take my time this morning and made a bad shot on this doe. I saw it was a gut shot when it hit and gave her maybe 30 min before I went after her. The arrow was covered with blood and stank so I was hoping the rage did its job. After going about 200-300 yds following dime size blood drops I finally found her in the creek at the bottom of the steepest hollers I got. To get to the point I'm just saying I almost give up on her 2 times but I had confidence that she was hurt and kept going. They are some tough animals.
