I wanted so badly for my daughter to kill one, but she just can't get the hang of it yet. Of course, she's only shooting a .410, but she had chances.
I don't know how many hundreds of birds I have taken from this pole over the years, but it has been very good to me. The field was actually down from prior years as far as number of birds, but the action was steady. I was done by 4:00, and considering that most of the time I didn't get shots because I was letting my daughter shoot first, it was a good day.
