These are small food plots, 1/4 acre, all Elbon Rye. All I did was till up the ground and planted. Just so happened that I did it in the rain. Next year I'm going to add some cow peas, or turnips, I haven't decided.

Probably week after next, depends on work. Mighty nice of you, thanks.
In our field I just treated the grass with Gly and spread the Turnip seeds 2 weeks later.
I didn't drag it or anything and they came up pretty well.

The deer have been grazing in them
and bedding on top of them too.
