I took mine to volunteer in gallatin. Price seemed a little higher than I expected but fair. Had one that was hard to start and didn't want to idle. Picked it up and it started fine and idled fine but when you ran it for a while it still wouldn't idle. Called him and he took it back and replaced a bunch of rubber fuel lines that fixed the problem and didn't charge me
Boat motors are really not that hard to work on, especially the ones with carburetors.
Time consuming, yes, but I'd rather work on a boat motor any day that a modern car/truck engine with all the sensors & computerized junk.
Give me a carbureted boat motor any day of the week.

Great guy who will come to you or you bring it to him. Not Lebanon but not far over in Sumner/Robertson. Give him a call he even does the old stuff.
