Hit center hill k lake today and we got into some really nice size bluegill. We managed 48 fillet size keepers in a few hours. I absolutely love catching these things and love eating them even more. Fun fish for certain.

Dang! Awesome!! Were they shallow?

I took my boys yesterday evening. We caught about 25 in an hour and a half. Probably didn't have 3 that I would have kept and cleaned. Nothing but small ones. It was aggravating, but they had a good time, which was the goal.

They were in water anywhere between 4-10 foot deep and most were on the deep side. No floats or bobbers. Just a hook and split shot and letting it sink to the bottom.
