any suggestions on where to fish and what to use for bait this time of year. should we fish at night or even try during the day.

First, fish in the water, will have better look there,
to hot to fish in day, go early and night
use any kind of bait your heart desires and if that doesnt work, try a minnow or worm, rattle trap real deep

oh, yeah, dont forget the beer in case the fish arent biting

daylight,try a spook over grass beds,humps,then go swimming,fish mostly at night on long points with small jigs,hula grubs,craw imitations,fish DEEP,keep lure on the bottom,if you think you are fishing slow,slow down more.
